For 30 years, the name Higgins has been synonymous with exceptional personal service and reliable, consistent results.  Through all of the highs and lows that have been intrinsic to the Valley’s dynamic real estate market, Ros Higgins has leveraged the insight and wisdom of years of experience for the benefit of her clients.  Indeed, it is Ros’ philosophy to clearly understand each client’s individualized needs from the outset before creating a personalized plan to meet or to exceed those goals.  Ros Higgins is dedicated to providing an exceptional level of service rarely found in real estate today.  It’s based on the solid ideals of respect, skill, caring, and frank honesty.  Is it any wonder that  Ros spends most of her efforts on helping past clients or friends and family members referred to them by former clients?  Ros has lived in Santa Clara County since 1965.  She is married, has three grown children, and is involved in a wide variety of community activities including the Almaden Valley Art & Wine Festival, South San Jose Kiwanis Club (past president), and the Almaden Valley Women’s Club (past president).   She is a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI) and is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  She was associated with Contempo before that firm became Coldwell Banker. Throughout her career, she has been recognized as a top producer.
